Build the request around installed equipment and demand
Provide an equipment inventory, motor and drive labels, process or electrical drawings and the current operating sequence. State whether the need is replacement supply, control renewal, pump coordination or monitoring, and include measurements relevant to the requested change.
Define which equipment and interfaces are included in the work and how installation will fit the facility’s operating constraints. Where energy performance is an objective, use a documented baseline and comparable operating conditions. Compatibility and performance remain application-specific and should be verified within the agreed scope.
