Drive faults must be separated from motor, feedback and machine-load problems
Error codes can be triggered by the drive itself or by the motor, encoder, brake, cabling, supply quality, cooling or mechanical load. Service review can include the rectifier/DC bus, power stage, gate drivers, current sensing, control supplies, cooling, feedback and parameter/communication issues.
Repair, replacement or retrofit
For obsolete or non-repairable devices, motor, feedback, PLC communication and I/O requirements can be reviewed for a successor or modernization path.
