Technical description and application scope

Klimexs BT 1000 is a wall-mounted enclosure air conditioner for automation cabinets with higher drive and servo heat density, rated at 1120 W DIN 3168 L35/L35. The current manufacturer page states 0…+65 °C operation, IP54 internal-circuit and IP34 external-circuit protection. The current manufacturer table lists 695 W at L35/L65, 2.95 A operating current, 16 A fuse, 477 W L35/L35 power input, 540 m³/h evaporator and 945 m³/h condenser maximum airflow, R134a refrigerant, 70 dBA sound level, 35 °C thermostat setting and EER 2.34. The current web table and the official engineering drawing show slightly different envelope dimensions; use the latest drawing revision for cut-out and installation. Panel cut-out, condensate handling, airflow openings and service clearances must be verified against the current manufacturer drawing. Application selection should consider enclosure heat load, ambient temperature, supply, mounting orientation and required protection level together.

Selection criteria

  • Confirm calculated enclosure heat load against 1120 W L35/L35 and 695 W L35/L65 ratings.
  • Confirm supply is 220-230 V AC / 50 Hz.
  • Confirm required protection level: internal IP54, external IP34.
  • Verify current installation dimensions and panel cut-out against the official CAD drawing, especially where the web table and drawing differ.

Installation notes

  • Montajda pano kesimi, kondens yönetimi, hava emiş/üfleme açıklıkları ve servis boşlukları üreticinin güncel kesim şablonuyla doğrulanmalıdır.
  • Cihaz dik-duvar montaj yönünde kurulmalı; hava giriş ve çıkışları kapatılmamalıdır.
  • Elektrik bağlantısı, sigorta ve topraklama güncel üretici prosedürü ve yetkin personel tarafından doğrulanmalıdır.

Commissioning

  • İlk devreye almada besleme gerilimi/frekansı, fan hava akışı ve termostat ayarı kontrol edilmelidir.
  • Pano kapalıyken sıcaklık eğilimi izlenmeli; aşırı kısa çevrim veya hava bypassı görülürse montaj ve kapasite seçimi yeniden değerlendirilmelidir.

Maintenance / service

  • Kondenser ve evaporatör hava yollarını periyodik olarak kontrol edin; kir/toz birikimini üretici bakım talimatına göre temizleyin.
  • Fan, filtre/ızgara, drenaj ve elektrik bağlantılarını planlı bakımda kontrol edin.
  • Soğutucu devreye müdahale yalnız uygun yetkinlik ve üretici prosedürüyle yapılmalıdır.
