Seçim kriterleri
Confirm power-to-lock behavior is appropriate for the risk assessment and escape concept. Validate interlocking PL e/SIL 3 and guard-locking PL d/SIL 2 functions in the complete safety design. Check 1150 N Fzh holding force against door/application loads. Confirm M12 8-pin interface, actuator geometry and environmental conditions.
Montaj, devreye alma ve bakım
Use two M6 fixing screws at the documented torque and maintain actuator alignment. Install the actuator/guard so the device is not used as an unintended mechanical end stop beyond manufacturer conditions. Validate guard open/closed, lock/unlock, fault and restart behavior. Perform required safety-function validation and document diagnostics. Periodically inspect actuator alignment, mechanical wear and safety diagnostics. Include functional proof testing in the machine safety maintenance plan.
